All I heard all weekend was, "OMG - I heard you cry on the radio on Friday!" Yes, I'm aware and i'm not ashamed. I got my first tattoo ON THE AIR on Friday and i'm not going to lie, it's not a PLEASANT experience. It doesn't help that I have a really low tolerance for pain, but it's over now, and I love it. End of story. There IS an upside to crying on the radio ... EVERYONE feels the need to buy you a drink. Needless to say, the margaritas were flowing at Coopers on Friday night!
You know what else I heard 100 times this weekend whenever anyone wanted to see my new tattoo, " What are you going to do with that thing when you are 80 and wrinkled?" I don't even entertain that question with an answer. What are YOU going to do with that MOLE on your face when you're 80?
... there she is! :) Go see Ron @ 5-7-0 Tattooing Co. in Wilkes Barre!
Mom was in town for the weekend and THANKFULLY put together my new bistro kitchen table thingy. She heard me say something on the air about needing a guy to come over and just do it for me, so she did the whole "strong, empowered woman" thing and came to town to do it herself. I dragged her around to all of our KRZ events, good times. Saturday was Ms. Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs Pageant. Honestly, I give those girls so much credit. All they had to do was walk around in a bikini, but seriously, that's ballsy. Especially when there's a HORSE RACE happening!
Jeff and I at Mohegan ...

It was an eventful weekend to say the least. It felt SO good to curl up on my couch last night and watch ARMY WIVES on Lifetime.
... it was a pretty relaxing night until my LAP TOP SCREEN WENT BLACK AND STOPPED WORKING! Ugh! If it's not one thing, it's another. The dude at Circuit City says it will cost more to fix it than it will to buy a new one, but i'll have to see that for myself.
It's just another MANIC MONDAY! ... I promise not to cry anymore on the air ... atleast not today.
