You'd much rather spend the night at home alone watching the news than out partying with the girls...
I don't know what happened to the days where I wanted to go out every single night, but they are long gone. I can TOTALLY appreciate just staying in and you know what? I don't care what anyone thinks about it. My friends call me lame when I want to stay in on a Wednesday night, but come on ... it's WEDNESDAY! It's not like it's a Saturday night and i'm wasting a perfectly good weekend on being a home body ... it's a WEEK NIGHT. I kind of felt bad about bailing out on plans last night, but it was one of those nights where I wasn't feeling so hot and knew it was just a better idea to stay in and chill. You know what else shows that you're growing up? WATERING PLANTS! My bamboo was looking a little deadly and the act of watering it made me just feel adult-ish. Eww. Every now and then I do something and kind of squirm because adulthood is slapping me in the face. Gross. Like paying the electric bill. I get chills.
Word of the day: AQUARIUS! I started studying my sign and realized I really do embody the sign. My personality completely matches up to everything the astrological people claim it should for being an aquarius.
Oh YEAH ... First Time Club tonight -My first blind date! Ha, wish me luck. Let's just pray I don't wind up spending 2 hours with a socially awkward, self centered, germaphobe or something! :)
